Good start of the day with coffee, tea, and pastries. Amazing, stunning location right by a pretty square with the chimes of the bells and restaurant and bars.
A little rude staff!

We got room with Parisian decor and a clean bathroom to relax. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe were provided. Our hotel was in a perfect location to the beautiful Luxembourg park.

Very nice location. Very quiet and cultural area. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores. Really quiet at any time of day. Manager Stefan (the sweetest young man) raised our room level to a two-room suite with balcony and Jacuzzi. Originally, I was paying for a deluxe suite with a balcony. It made us very happy. At the reception, one of the employees, Tatiana, speaks Russian. Very nice, sensitive and attentive person. All the employees try their best to make you happy. The number is a fairy tale. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them has a Jacuzzi (works great). Bolkon overlooking the Pantheon. Romantic unbelievable. The windows of the bedrooms enter a nice quiet Parisian courtyard. Air conditioning in every room, works great. The fridge is small but cold is fine. Cosmetics in the bathroom, you've already read it, of course. It's magnificent. It complements every day like clockwork. There's a hair dryer in every bathroom. Cleaning every day. It looks perfect to me... Didn't go to breakfast. We preferred to buy in the next store exactly the cheeses, sausages, wine, juices and croissants that we wanted and enjoyed on a bolkon. In principle, you can order breakfast in your room. The service is free of charge... I want to thank all the staff. You guys did a great job. You guys are doing great. You guys are a great team. Honestly, I want to get back to you. With you, Paris is much more romantic, calm, confident and enjoyable... For the level of service we've received, the price is right. I've never regretted it.
No drawbacks. My wife and I were happy with everything.

The location is marvellous and lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from Latin Quarter. We stay in classic queen room quite often, it is large and airy.

- excellent location;... - friendly service staff;... - a small but delicious breakfast... - linen and towels were changed every day.
- when they entered the room, they found un-eaten food (cookies and chips) and garbage left over from previous tenants in the dresser. - the hotel is old with old repairs and old furniture;... - the elevator hall is small, two could hardly part in the hall between rooms;... - the rooms themselves are very small. - small bathroom... - during our stay, extensive plastering work began on all floors. The builders started work at 8.30 a.m., the noise from the work, the carpeting on the floor was in the dirt, the workers in dirty clothes and materials near the door - all this caused considerable discomfort;... - the pillowcase was twice the size of the duvet cover;... - on the day we left, at 10.00 a.m., the woman cleaning the room was standing under the door, not going anywhere and waiting for us to clear the room.

Very cozy hotel, lovely room, clean, beautiful, balcony with flowers. Convenient location, all close by. Good shower, all accessories, bathrobes...free water and fruit on arrival. Comfortable, cool reception with waiting areas.
staff cheated on us. We had three rooms booked. hotel itself offered to upgrade one of them. other room was on the wrong floor, wall view was offered free breakfast. In the end, on departure, we counted correctly, amount from the card was not charged immediately, more after 2 days. In the end, we paid for both the upgrade and "gift" breakfast. It's not nice!

Staying at relais saint jacques was wonderful! Our family suite had an amazing view of the pantheon. The room was beautifully decorated, and we were welcomed with fresh cherries and a lovely note. The best part was the really good service from rebecca at the front desk were pretty good, even bringing us champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The latin quarter's charm added to our experience.
100% recommend

Cozy hotel, you can walk to the center, very tasty breakfasts (the assortment is small and every day the same, but everything is very delicious). Friendly staff (except one brown lady from the restaurant). We had a standard room - no complaints. . . We also had slippers, bathrobes, kettle, coffee and tea in the room.
They didn't refill the shampoo and the air conditioning... There were two girls with long hair and these little bottles of us barely enough for two on the first day and they were not refilled, we had to buy shampoo. Reception staff is very nice, but stubbornly speak English, which we do not know, we have a good knowledge of French and wanted to speak it, but the staff responded in English for some reason ... The swarthy employee of the restaurant was very unfriendly and did not even bring coffee, although on other days another employee asked us which one she was kind enough to bring. We had to use the coffee machine.

the deluxe twin room is well-maintained and has a private safe, a mini-bar and central heating. the staff is helpful. offers very good service and good food. moreover, they have free wi-fi throughout the property. the location is exceptionally nice, within walking distance of latin quarter. furthermore, it's short walk to the sorbonne, so so many bars, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, and the pantheon and luxembourg gardens on the edge of the latin quarter.

The Relais Saint Jacques provided a good experience with its central location near the Latin Quarter, with access to key attractions. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with attentive staff who promptly assisted me with business needs. Breakfast was a highlight, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices.
